 You must be 18 years or older. Please take into consideration any health needs you have that may make being in the wilderness difficult. A consultation call is required before confirming registration for a retreat. Group, retreat settings are not appropriate for all persons depending on where you are in your healing process. A therapist will assess your needs to determine if a retreat would be a safe, healing experience for you.

True Nature Therapy aims to make spending time in nature more accessible to people. Nature is a place where we can grow, heal, and feel empowered.

Therapeutic retreats offer an experiential, immersive opportunity to utilize nature and community to heal. You will be introduced to evidence-based healing practices, principles of nature therapy, outdoor recreation, and internal reflection and processing experiences. All levels of outdoor experience are welcome! The aim of the retreats is that each individual leave with a greater sense of self-understanding, community, comfort in nature, peace, empowerment, and healing. Retreats are focused around holistic healing at a deep level of internal change and growth. You will walk away with a life-changing experience.

You will learn practices that are scientifically proven to:
