Our time on Earth is so precious. We all feel that in a deep way, and meaning is created when we are living in the way we desire. In order to create the life we want, we must engage in healing and self-understanding. In a fast-past life, it is vital we stay connected to our own bodies and the body of the earth to access wisdom and perspective. Nature is a meaningful setting to connect with the deeper parts of ourselves. Opening the senses, the heart, and the mind to the wonder of nature revitalizes and reconnects us to our aliveness. During our time together, we will use nature to cultivate healing, growth, and self-exploration.

TESTIMONIALS
"Kenlyn offered such great guidance throughout the retreat and was amazing about being flexible with our “schedule” to accommodate what all of us were needing throughout the experience. I felt so safe and comfortable and learned a lot about myself and where I want to intentionally focus my therapeutic work. The bonding I got to experience with the other women on the retreat was beautiful!"
"I have felt so much more centered in the time since the retreat - I feel like this retreat is what I've been looking for in the past few years and didn't know how to get to. The mantra exercise was really hard but I feel very accomplished to have been able to get support and work through it until it reached something meaningful. It was also helpful to see and hear other women working through the same process and sharing the emotions along the way."
"It was a really good experience and I wish I had more experiences like it in my life. It was an intense experience and really rewarding. "
"It was valuable time with likeminded women, and a safe space to get deep without judgment. It was refreshing to feel encouraged to make special connections with those there, and at times I felt like, because of the good and safe energy I felt from them all, I had moments where I truly let my guard down. That's rare for me, and I will hold on to the reminder that it is not only possible for me to achieve, but it feels good to do so."
